Your booking

• An online booking is a request. It's confirmed when our team confirms availability and the price with you. If you paid online and we can't confirm it, we refund you in full.
• Prices on the website are indicative. All charges, including the refundable deposit, are shown before you confirm; there are no hidden fees.
• You can pay online when you book — an advance of 25% or the full amount, by UPI, card or netbanking through our payment gateway — or pay later, online from Track a booking or at pickup and check-in (cash, UPI, card or bank transfer). Prices include GST. You get a receipt or GST invoice. Paying an advance holds your booking while we confirm it.

Self-drive scooters, bikes and cars

• Our vehicles are licensed for rental under the Rent a Motor Cycle Scheme, 1997 / Rent a Cab Scheme, 1989. Your details are entered in the hire register the law requires.
• You need a valid driving licence for the vehicle class and must meet the minimum age shown on the vehicle. Visitors from abroad also need an International Driving Permit. Bring the originals at pickup.
• A refundable security deposit is taken at pickup and returned as set out in the cancellation & refund policy.
• We check the vehicle with you at pickup and return — odometer, fuel and condition, with photos — and you sign the hire register.
• You're responsible for driving safely and legally (helmets for rider and pillion, no drink-driving), and for traffic fines and damage during the hire, beyond normal wear.
• Late returns, extra kilometres and fuel are charged as in the refund policy.

Taxis, rooms, experiences and tours

• Taxi fares are confirmed before the trip. Waiting time, tolls and extra stops may add to the fare; we tell you up front.
• Rooms: guests must show photo ID at check-in. Foreign guests must show their passport and visa, and we report the stay to the FRRO (Form C) as the law requires.
• Experiences depend on the weather and the operator; if one can't run, we offer another date or a refund. Follow the instructor's safety rules.
• Tour packages are quoted item by item; partner terms (hotels, tickets) may apply and are shared with your proposal.

Complaints

Tell us on the complaints page. Our grievance officer acknowledges complaints within 48 hours and resolves them within a month.

Law and disputes
